Federico was born in Uruguay and is an Agricultural Engineer, graduated from the University of the Republic (UDELAR). Since he was a child, he was closely related to farm and livestock production. During his studies and after obtaining his university degree, he worked in companies dedicated to agriculture, brewing industry and beef cattle production. The last 13 years he worked in a company dedicated to dairy and milk powder production, actively participating in the different phases of the global project, such as development, design and the operation phase. In the same company, he worked in the operational and managerial area, both in agricultural production, crops and dairy. As manager of the dairy unit, he ran two free stall barn dairy farms, with 13,000 and 3,000 cows each, plus replacement-breeding units. In 2007 he completed a postgraduate degree in Business Administration at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) and between 2009 and 2011 he completed a master’s degree in Agrifood Business Management at the Catholic University of Argentina (UCA), with which he generated experience and knowledge in the economic, financial and commercial area. He is currently in charge of the development of PDS in South America, as well as providing nutrition and management consulting services.
